The Heartless Couple

Mr. Philip Itliong Chua and his wife, Luz Castro Chua are now objects of manhunt by Philippine authorities. The couple are fugitives and fled to California, U.S.A. to escape prosecution. The Philippine court already ordered their passports cancelled and they are now considered illegal aliens subject for deportation.

The Chua's gypped the money intended for the operation and treatment of a boy who has a tumor and bout of epileptic seizures. They used the money for their self-serving interest and inflicted immeasurable hardships to both parents and the boy.

For those who know the whereabouts of this couple, please contact your local authorities and inform them that these heartless couple are Filipino fugitives and facing criminal charges in the Philippines. They used their U.S. visas to commit crime and we are calling all Americans to help us return this heartless couple to the Philippines. They do not deserved sanctuary in the U.S.

ABOUT THE CHUA COUPLE: Last known address is No. 9 Melanie Marquez St., B.F. Resort Village, Las Pinas City. They have two childrens, Kenneth and Rochelle. Philip Itliong Chua was born Dec. 28, 1955 in Manaoag, Pangasinan. His parents are: Changco Chua and Josefa Itliong. We have limited informations about Luz Castro Chua except that she is a daughter of retired military man. She used to boast that she once work in Malacanang. The couple are deceivingly religious, helpful and kind.
